Pupils come together for Climate Of Change

Pupils come together for ClImate Of Change

The Big Draw Festival is a worldwide annual celebration of drawing. This prestigious festival consists of thousands of creative community events, activities and workshops across the globe run by multiple organisations ranging from individuals to entire cities.

In 2020, The Big Draw Festival's key theme is 'Climate Of Change' which focuses on the relationship between people, the environment and ecosystems; the main aim being to highlight how we live today and the ways in which we do and do not harmonise with nature.

At The Hampshire School Chelsea, every pupil created individual pictures which were pieced together to form four striking images that were unified by one clear message.

Years 1, 2, 3 5 and 7 created the tiger, Years 1, 2 5 and 7 created the lion, Year 6 created the abstract and Years 3, 4 and 8 created Sunrise: A new beginning.
