£170.00 Non-Refundable.
Confirmation Deposit
When we offer a place, we will ask for a confirmation deposit to secure the place. The deposit is not refundable if a child does not take up a place at the school.
The deposit will form part of the school's general funds until it is refunded, without interest, after the child's final term, providing the child has attended the school for at least three terms. Should the child attend for less than three terms the deposit will not be refunded.

Compulsory Extra
Pupil’s Personal Accident Insurance (worldwide cover over 365 days of the year) and Pupil Travel Insurance (all UK and European school trips) £8.50 per term.
Optional Fees
Individual music lessons can be arranged for children whose families specifically want them. Children will receive a thirty-minute lesson for thirty weeks of the academic year.
The lessons will usually be given during the normal school day when children will be extracted from timetabled periods.
Lessons can be arranged in:
- Drum - for children over the age of five
- Cello - for children over the age of seven
- Flute - for children over the age of seven
- Guitar - for children over the age of five (classical or electric)
- Piano - for children of any age who have a traditional piano or keyboard
- Recorder - for children of any age who have a descant recorder
- Singing - for children over the age of seven
- Violin - for children of any age who have an appropriate violin for their size
The cost per term is:
- One Lesson - £310.00. Based on thirty week teaching year, 10 lessons per term.
- Two Lessons - £490.00. Based on thirty week teaching year, 10 lessons per term.
Some shared lessons may be available.
Inclusive of the cost of music, manuscript books and extra coaching in preparation for music examinations, concerts and scholarship entrance where applicable.
Minibus Service
If you would like your child to travel to or from school on the school bus, please complete and return the reply slip in the accompanying booklet. Our buses cover Westminster, Chelsea, Fulham, Kensington, Notting Hill, Maida Vale, Bayswater, Paddington, Battersea, Clapham, and the Park Lane area of Mayfair. The cost of bus transport is £535.00 for one journey per day and £780.00 for two journeys per day, throughout the term.
A shuttle service between 9 Queensborough Terrace W2, 63 Ennismore Gardens SW7,
The cost of this service is:
- £150.00 (return) from Queensborough Terrace to Wetherby Place or Manresa Road;
- £110.00 (return) from Ennismore Gardens to Wetherby Place or Manresa Road; and
- £75.00 (return) between Wetherby Place and Manresa Road, per term.
Early Bird Club
Early Bird Clubs will commence in both buildings on Tuesday 6th September 2016. They will run from 08:00am until the start of the school day, and cost £3.00 per child per morning. Children will be supervised by one of the school’s assistants, who organises various learning based activities, or the time can be used as prep time. Children can come along without the need to pre-book. You will be invoiced for the use of this facility.
Stay and Play
Stay and Play for the Winter Term 2016 will commence on Tuesday 6th September 2016. This programme will be held in the main school building and is open to all Hampshire School children.
We will provide an after school snack and drink, and continue to supervise the children with care and attention up to 6:00pm. The children will have a supervised 45 minute homework period with recreational activities. The cost will be £7.20 per hour.
A registration book will be taken each day and parents/guardians will be required to sign a child out on collection. We will need to levy a late collection fee of £30.00 per half hour for any children who are collected after 6:00pm.
Children may be booked into the programme on a termly, weekly or occasional basis. To book your child into this programme, please complete the request slip in the reply booklet.
Notice
Parents and guardians must give a full term's notice if they want to withdraw a pupil from the school, or from individual music lessons or the home to school minibus service. This notice must be received in writing before the first day of the final term. If we don't receive notice, a full term's fees will be payable in lieu. It is the parents' responsibility to ensure we have received this notice and to ensure they get written acknowledgement.
