Granny Claris delights drama pupils

Granny Claris delights drama pupils

An old lady is charming drama pupils at the school. She is none other than Granny Claris, a character played by the school's Drama Teacher Miss King.

The school's peripatetic teachers are the cream of the crop, all highly skilled in their specialist subject, and none more so than Drama Teacher Miss King.

For three years, Miss King had a weekly featured spot on BBC Radio Kent as her comedy character Granny Claris and now the old lady is making an appearance in Drama lessons...!

Next month Miss King plays female Scrooge in an interactive online show of A Christmas Carol with Butterfly Theatre, on 11, 12 & 13 December. Look out for more information on her performance in the next newsletter.
